I already had the domain name and all the files in html format that were put together a couple of years ago, and needed someone to complete the process and get them ready to go live. I contacted one company and met with the owner to discuss my needs. The meeting took about an hour, and at the end of it I was shocked to find it was going to cost me $5,000.
